We are a husband-and-wife team who have considered Las Vegas, NV our home for more than 45 years. During that time, we have seen Las Vegas, its surrounding cities, and the mortgage industry grow by leaps and bounds. Our passion includes finding the best product for you, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and products. Rosanne assists with keeping the team on track during the lending process, as any amazing wife would, while JR is the licensed Underwriter and Loan Officer.

JR has been a resident of Las Vegas for 36 years. As a veteran of the mortgage industry, with over 25 years of experience, he has developed, and maintained, a long history of successfully helping families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Integrity, commitment, attention to detail, and more than 25 years of underwriting experience are unique attributes no other Loan Officer is likely to possess. Each of these unique attributes assist with providing his clients the professional experience they deserve. In his free time, JR loves to spend time living vicariously through his children as they play soccer, basketball, archery, and other sports. His affinity for dogs has lead him to rescue pit bulls, providing them the life of a king. Lastly, JR is an avid reader of many genres, with an emphasis on action, sci-fi, fantasy, and ancient mysteries.

Rosanne was born and raised in Las Vegas and is a Notary Signing Agent for 21+ years. Having completed thousands of closings during her career, Rosanne is well versed on all closing documents which ensures her ability to answer any questions your customers may have at the closing table. Her professionalism during the short period of time she spends with our clients ensures their willingness to both return as satisfied clients and refer anyone looking for a home loan. Rosanne loves to spend time with her children and dog Nitro, and researching her families next adventure into the unknown.
